When Is Drain Replacement Necessary?
A CCTV drain inspection determines which solution is right for your situation. Drain replacement is typically recommended when:
The pipe has completely collapsed. A fully collapsed pipe has lost its structural integrity and can no longer support a liner. Replacement is the only viable option to restore drainage.
The pipe has severely misaligned joints. Where pipe sections have shifted significantly out of alignment, a liner cannot bridge the gap effectively. Replacement restores proper pipe alignment and flow.
The pipe has extensive root damage throughout. While pipe relining can address root intrusion in most cases, pipes with roots throughout the entire length and widespread structural damage may require full replacement.
